The family of Pieter-Steph du Toit - who won the player-of-the-match award in the Rugby World Cup final - is beaming with pride and joy after his outstanding performance.
Speaking to News24, Du Toit's father, Pieter, said he spoke with his son immediately after the Bok's 12-11 win over the All Blacks on Saturday evening.
"It was a hard game for him after so many tackles. He was tired, but I think the adrenaline was pumping," he said.
