Severe stenosis with stenotic symptoms

I have been diagnosed with severe stenosis with stenotic symptoms no bowel or bladder symptoms clinically I'm having hip replacement had MRI.

If this refers to Aortic Stenosis, they may need to first replace the aortic valve and then do the hip surgery.
