Q
Unpleasant pain in my hips

Every morning when I wake up I experience an unpleasant pain in my hips, is this just morning stiffness or should I go and see a doctor? The pain usually goes away after about an hour although if I'm sat down for a long period of time it comes back, it's not as painful as it is in the mornings. I don't do exercise and most of the time I'm sat down, could my hip pain be due to a lack of mobility? I'm 18 years old.

A
You should not be having these pains as an 18 year old.
What you describe sounds like Fibrositis/bursitis around the hips and is not serious.
You should see someone if the pain becomes more persistent and does not respond to pain killers.
