She's had her fair share of ups and downs in relationships, but this one seems to be the one.
In a recent interview with New Music Daily on Apple Music 1, Selena Gomez opened up about her current relationship with American producer Benny Blanco.
“Without getting into too much detail, I think it's just really important to meet someone that respects you. And I think it's really nice to also lean on someone who understands the world that I live in,” she said.
“But I'd have to say overall it's the safest that I feel and it's been really lovely and I've only grown through it, so it's awesome,” she continued.

Selena (31) first confirmed her relationship with Benny (35) last year via Instagram, revealing that they'd been dating for six months.
“He is my absolute everything in my heart,” she commented. “He [has] been the best thing that’s ever happened to me . . . He’s still better than anyone I’ve been with. Facts.”
Prior to them dating they'd worked together since 2019, with their most famous collaboration being on the song I Can’t Get Enough.
In January, the couple made their first public appearance together when they were pictured courtside, watching the Los Angeles Lakers take on Miami Heat.
At the time a source revealed to US Weekly that “they kept things low-key [at first], but Benny had passed every test with flying colours”.
“The new year seemed like a perfect time to essentially shout [their love] from the rooftops, so that’s what Selena is doing,” the insider added.
Since then, they’ve attended the Emmy’s together, the Golden Globes, been pictured on date nights and continue to share special moments on social media.
Previously Benny dated actress Elsie Hewitt (27) while the Love On singer was recently linked to musicians Zayn Malik (31) and Andrew Taggart (34) of The Chainsmokers.
The couple is not only thriving in love, but in their careers as well. Benny will be releasing a collaborative cookbook with friends in April called Open Wide, while Selena recently dropped a new single, Love On.
