Botox, facelifts, and dermal fillers are often on her mind, but Sex and the City star Sarah Jessica Parker says she's resisted the urge to have any work done.
"I honestly think I missed out on the facelift," Sarah (58) told Howard Stern on his radio show recently. "Like an old-fashioned good one, that you have when you're 44."
She says she understands why people have cosmetic work done, "because there is so much emphasis put on – especially women – about looks".
People have told her that she looks "like a different human being" compared to how she looked when she first started out as Carrie Bradshaw in Sex and the City back in the late 1990s.

“I mean, I’m presentable. I don’t really like looking at myself. . . I never have."
She also told Vogue France she doesn't lose sleep over ageing.
"Well, I don't know if it's denial or that I just don't want to face reality!” she said. “I don't see the point of trying to suspend time."
Her ageing looks have been the subject of endless articles which has been frustrating for her.
“Everyone has something to say. ‘She has too many wrinkles, she doesn’t have enough wrinkles.’ It almost feels as if people don’t want us to be perfectly okay with where we are, as if they almost enjoy us being pained by who we are today, whether we choose to age naturally and not look perfect, or whether you do something if that makes you feel better."
“I know what I look like. I have no choice. What am I going to do about it? Stop aging? Disappear?”
To care for her skin, Sarah regularly visits her dermatologist for treatments such as chemical peels and laser treatments and says her skincare routine is "very basic".
She's not a big fan of makeup, either.
“I feel much more like myself when I'm not wearing makeup," she says.
“I think there are more interesting things to do with my time. I just really can't be the person that others expect me to be."
