It’s an increasingly common problem as one gets older – more than one in five people over the age of 40 have a form of chronic knee pain, according to global estimates. 

But just because it’s common doesn’t mean you should put up with it. Chronic pain can affect how active you are and experts say basic exercises can significantly help most knee problems.
