Feeling fatigued and frazzled? We all have the odd sleepless night, and tiredness that’s difficult to shake is common at this time of year. But if your rest is regularly disrupted, it can become a more serious health issue. 

“If poor sleep goes untreated it can impact long-term health,” warns Rob Hobson, author of The Art of Sleeping. Regularly skimping on sleep and ongoing sleep problems increase the risk of stroke and conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, obesity and dementia.
