‘Tis the season of luxury sports and glamour.
Guests and familiar faces gathered at the illustrious grounds of the Inanda Polo Club in Sandton for the annual Nedbank International Polo.
Equestrian lovers and socialites enjoyed a day of lush views, delectable treats and of course an exciting game of polo with South Africa’s team facing off against champions Argentina.
High fashion is also to be expected from the event, with media personalities showcasing their interpretation of the theme Couture on the Green.
Lala Tuku, SABC head of content, showed up in an asymmetrical bold dress by Malondié styled by Sir Classen, describing her interpretation of the theme to TRUELOVE as being “all about flowers and a lot of classy green”.

How to Ruin Christmas actor Sandile Mahlangu also shared what couture means to him.
“I think it comes from inside, you have to be unique in the way that you do the things. So, there’s a theme, it’s called Couture on the Green, I decided to just shop around a couple of things that are me to show off my style. So, I went with different shades of green. Didn’t really know which green to go for so I went with quite all of them.”
Designer Palesa Mokubung of Mantsho also previewed an upcoming collaborative collection with Nedbank titled Mantsho x MiGoals Premium as an exclusive collection set to launch on 6 June.
