Even the greatest Mamelodi Sundowns side of the Premier Soccer League era looks incapable of stopping the Rhulani Mokwena juggernaut. 

The Brazilians beat Royal AM 2-0 at Harry Gwala Stadium on Tuesday night to move to 69 points – three points away from beating the record 71-point haul the class of 2015-16 won the DStv Premiership season with. 

That generation also did what other former Sundowns players couldn't do – win the CAF Champions League, which put them at the very top of great squads in the history of the club.
