The consequences of the itinerant nature of a professional rugby coach's existence will come into sharp focus when John Plumtree's Sharks come up against the Scarlets in their United Rugby Championship (URC) clash on Friday night.
Having played and coached in South Africa and Wales, the New Zealander will come face to face with a familiar face in the form of his Swansea-born son, Taine, who plays his rugby out of the Wales principality and is already capped by his country of birth.
While it probably would be stretching it to say the fixture is one they've looked forward to all season, chances are it was circled as a potentially curious day when the two teams' schedules for the season were published - what with family bragging rights being at stake.
