A Durban woman has asked the court to jail the schoolboy who killed her 15-year-old son over a girlfriend.

Jorina Pretorius, 60, told Magistrate J Goorie in the Pinetown Regional Court on Friday Ryleigh Naidoo had not shown remorse for stabbing her son, Jayden Glazer, in the lower abdomen with a Shogun steak knife on 4 March 2022.
