Bishop Stephen Zondo objected to renowned forensic psychologist Dr Gerard Labuschagne being an expert witness in his rape trial.
Zondo, a Rivers of Living Waters Ministries bishop, is accused of raping seven women between 1980 and 2016, most of whom were members of his church.
Charged with 10 counts of rape, Zondo is currently on trial in the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria.
