Always wanted an Osprey backpack? Here’s you chance at getting one! From now until the 12th of June 2023 we’d like to see photos of your favourite day hikes on Instagram.
All participants stand a chance of winning one of TEN R3 000 gift vouchers from @adventureincza and @ospreysouthafrica! PLUS: You could end up seeing your photo published in the next Go Hiking Guide that will be on shelf midwinter.

How to enter
1. What kind of photos are we looking for? An image taken on a day hike that illustrates why this specific route is your favourite. It can be an awesome view, an unforgettable moment with your hiking buddies, that lunch spot that you like so much... Really anything that makes us want to be there right now! The original file size should be 2MB or bigger - we’ll be printing the 10 winners in this year’s Go Hiking Guide!
2. Use the hashtag #AdventureIncOsprey when posting your photos to your Insta profile (on your feed, not as a story). Tell us in the caption where the photo was taken and why you love this route. You may enter as many photos of various routes as you like – as long as they’ve been taken on a day hike! It could be anywhere in Southern Africa and archive images are allowed, but must be reloaded onto your Insta profile (not simply re-tagged).
3. Speaking of tagging... Tag @adventureincza and @ospreysouthafrica as well as @gomagsa when you upload photos. This must be done between now and the 12th of June 2023.
4. Important: Go follow @adventureincza and @ospreysouthafrica on Instagram. And remember, if your Insta profile is private, change it to public for the duration of the competition, otherwise we might not see your entries. Do not send entries by DM (Direct Message).
Closing date?
The competition closes at midnight on Monday the 12th of June 2023. The go! editors select the winners and they are announced the following week.
