Check for symptoms: you wake up tired; you are more irritable than you used to be – every little thing bothers you; you forget phone numbers and other things, and you often misplace your keys; lately, you've noticed that you have trouble learning new things; you are more susceptible to colds and flu than you used to be; you have trouble concentrating; you have blurry vision; and you fall asleep while reading a book or watching television.
