Researchers have found that people who recovered from Covid-19 reported significantly more cognitive failures at work, affecting their performance.

The study, published in Science Reports, assessed whether people who experience memory, attention and concentration problems after Covid-19 infection are likely to have cognitive failures in the workplace.

The researchers enrolled 45 working adults who had Covid-19 at least a month before the study, as well as a similar control group of 49 people who never had Covid-19. The participants filled out surveys on their Covid-19 status, workplace environment, cognitive symptoms and level of ease or difficulty when completing tasks.
