As per the doctor's orders, you can set your alarm early for the best intimate time. Relationship and sex therapist Dr Viviana Coles says that you can get a lot done in the morning if you try.

It is so important that you "put it on the calendar. schedule it." 

"If your body is already giving you the boost, why not ride the wave?" She asks.

Here are reasons to consider morning sex

1. Sexual hormones are already at a high in the morning.

2. The day's stress has not kicked in yet - women especially tend to have a to-do list in their minds, but it hasn't yet struck us in the morning. It will work out better at the beginning of the day than at the end.

3. It can count as a workout and boost your mood. It can be a health benefit, that energy, that cardio. Set an alarm to make sure it gets your heart rate up. 

4. It can make you look younger, so much can happen when expelling these hormones.

5. A wonderful way to connect with your partner throughout the day
