THINGS are looking good for Mixon Tholo, who is also known as Tsekeleke.
If he isn’t at a spa getting massages, he's at a private doctor for a check-up or seeing a dentist.
The 39-year-old from Mabopane, north of Tshwane, struggled a lot in the previous years.
In January, Daily Sun published his story headlined: Tsekeleke pleads for help!
In the article, the Bacardi dancer and singer was pleading for help.
He wanted SunReaders to help him get performance bookings as he struggled to make money.
Since Daily Sun published his story, he has been getting gigs and even found a girlfriend.
Tsekeleke said he's happy for his new lifestyle.
“People now recognise me, and I'm in a better place.”

Tsekeleke said being in the entertainment industry isn’t easy.
“You can go from famous to irrelevant. I’m happy people see me and don’t think I’m dead,” he said.
The dancer said he feels like a man since he's found love.
“I look forward to each day. Life is worth living. That gives me joy,” he said.
Tsekeleke said people should help those in need.
“If I hid in my room because I was ashamed of my situation, things wouldn’t have been the way they are now.”
He said he's also thankful to Kasi Lifestyle Makers, an online platform.
“They've been helping me get pampered, and I appreciate it.”
Brian Senwamadi, director of Kasi Lifestyle Makers, said they wanted to be part of changing Tsekeleke’s life.
“We're helping because he has a passion for what he does,” he said.
