A South African pilot who realised his dream when he was appointed as a pilot for Cathay Pacific airline has taken his own life in Hong Kong. The body of Fabian August (49) was found outside a residential complex in the Lai Tak Tsuen neighbourhood of the city.
His 82-year-old mother, Kayda, told City Press this week that her son had always wanted to become a pilot. The mother said:
