The Mamelodi East extension 14 neighbourhood in Tshwane is gripped by fear of an alleged rapist, who reportedly drugs his victims and sets his vicious pit bull terriers on them to subdue them.

Two women, aged 18 and 29, have fallen victim to the alleged sexual predator who is said to prey on people he knows well and who trust him, and targets them at parties or taverns.
