I wake up tired.

I am more irritable than I used to be. Every little thing bothers me, even little things that didn't usually trouble me.

I have difficulty falling asleep.

I wake up frequently during the night.

I find it difficult to get back to sleep after waking up during the night.

I sleep less than 7 to 8 hours per night.

I snore.

I seem to forget phone numbers and other things. My once-excellent memory is failing. More often, I misplace my keys.

Lately I've noticed that I have trouble learning new things.

I'm more susceptible to colds and infections than I used to be.

I seem to have trouble concentrating. I never had concentration problems in the past, but recently I struggle to stay focused. I can feel my concentration wavering after 5 - 10 minutes.

I often have blurry vision.
