Q
8-year-old girl permanent teeth braking off at the base

I have an 8-year-old granddaughter and her adult two bottom front teeth have both broken off at the gum line...what would cause this other than lack of proper dental care. She had to have al of her baby teeth removed because of the same reason just FYI.

A
The most common cause for teeth "breaking" is caries and trauma. See your dentist and have xrays taken to determine the cause and way forward.
