Flu shot allergies

Should I take my child for a flu shot she is allergic to eggs, fish, and honey?

The only problem might be the egg-allergy. If she has a severe reaction to egg (more than just a rash on her body) then they advise that she receives the flu shot at an in-hospital setting.
