Heart palpitations

Type 2, 43 years female. I get heart palpitations when I sleep. I’m in insulin Humalog mix25, glucophage 1000, forxiga. Latest Hba1 is 7.5. What could be a problem?

It isn't possible to diagnose in this forum. From a diabetes point of view, you could get palpitations if your glucose levels are going low at night, and therefore you will have to test when you get symptoms to rule this out. Other options for palpitations include thyroid problems, panic attacks or heart arrhythmias likes atrial fibrillation. You will need to see a doctor to work through the options
