I have been taking Colchicine, but no results

I suffer from gout, but recently cut meat and alcohol from my diet.  Experiencing severe knee pain worse than I ever have when eating meat.Why is this happening?

You do not describe swelling in the knee so it does not sound like an attack of Gout. Ideally, you should be taking Puricos for high uric acid (causes gout). It is possible that your pain is due to bursitis around the knee joint.
