Q
I have a rash on my face that will just not go away, please help!

Good day, I have been experiencing a rash-like breakout on my cheeks and forehead. I had switched to a new skin care routine of products that I had used n the past and that worked for me. This time around the products that used to work for me seems to be causing a breakout. My routine is as follows: Starts washing my face with a soap-free cleanser, that is for sensitive and allergy prone skin. Followed by a with hazel and rose water toner. Then I use a moisturiser for oily skin, as Ive noticed by skin gets oily during the day. Nothing I do is making my skin look better. I feel like my skin needs a reset button. I have also noticed that my skin does not react well to products containing vitamin E and wheat germ oil.

This could be a form of acne or contact dermatitis. Are you on any hormone pills? You may have become sensitised to one or other of the products you are using on the face. Try not to apply too much moisturiser as you may block up the skin pores. You will need to see a Dermatologist to arrange Allergen Patch testing to identify if this is a contact allergy caused by a chemical in one of your cosmetics or skin products.
