Q
Body is reacting to things but not typical reactions

My system seems to be reacting to things but am yet to find out what is causing them. Starts off with lips tingling, face burns and general feeling of unease and then I get diarrhoea like symptoms. Take a Zyrtec which helps a little but doesn't take away it completely. I am gluten free already. Is this a food intolerance going on, or histamine intolerance or more a pollen/oral food syndrome and who do I go to to find out the answers? My doctor is more than useless. Could you please advise me what path of investigation I should take. Many thanks.

This may not be an allergy. These symptoms may be due to the Carcinoid Syndrome. You will need referral to a Physician at a hospital to test your endocrine system.
