The latest victim in a string of kidnappings in Nelson Mandela Bay has been found, a week after his abduction from his retail store in Kariega.

Lu Xiao was rescued on Tuesday night after the Hawks, Gqeberha SA Police Service's flying squad and a hostage negotiation team raided a house in Missionvale.

Xiao, 43, the owner of popular retail franchise Fantasy, was found tied up with chains and his face covered.
