The Constitutional Court has ordered former president Jacob Zuma and the uMkhonto weSizwe Party (MKP) to file their documents by Thursday, 25 April 2024, if they plan to contest the appeal of the Electoral Commission of SA (IEC).
The issue concerns Zuma's eligibility to run for Parliament in the pending elections.
The registrar of the Constitutional Court, Sibusiso Mapossa, issued a notice to Moeti Kanyane Incorporated, the IEC's representative, saying that the directives came from the deputy chief justice.
